A: We mainly use USPS for continental 48 states and UPS for international shipping. UPS can be used for any order, just let us know when order is placed. 

Q: How long before my order will ship?

A: Orders are currently a few days to a week out on shipping from date of placement. This can vary depending on what is ordered and order volume. 

Q: What length are mouth pieces? Can we customize length?

A: Mouth pieces are hand crafted 5" from weld to weld. Most mouth pieces can be made a custom length. If custom length is needed write specifications in the comments towards the end of check out. When order goes into processing,  customer will receive an invoice of $10 for each custom length required sent via email on order. 

Q: How do you measure shank length?

A: We measure cheek lengths from the top of the top ring to bottom of the bottom ring in a straight line. 

Q: How do I inquire about having a custom bit made?

A: Send pictures of needed bit to the L&W number (6154003617). Pictures of cheek length are needed (picture measuring from top of the top ring to bottom of the bottom ring in a straight line). 

Q: If I ordered the wrong bit or mouth piece can I exchange?

A: As long as a bit has not been in a horse's mouth we will gladly exchange and apply credit toward bit that is needed.

Q: Is there a warranty on products?

A: There is a lifetime warranty on bits and mouth pieces with normal use, excluding copper wrap or inlay (those can be replaced). Head gear, reins, headstalls, and other accessories have a 6 month warranty with normal use. Any product showing misuse, intentional damage, or alternation will not be replaced. Proof of purchase will need to be supplied with exchange.
